I would say for the size of your room go with 2x400 but 600w is enough for six plants. I grow six under a single 400w and they do great.

I had a terrible spider problem practically untill i stopped using soil but im only on my 1st coco grow still time for the little bastards. I tried everything to get rid of them but if your in the UK then i only found one thing called "mighty wash" that worked. My mite problem would start big...

Im growing Pineapple Express,Alquamista,Spicy White Devil and Super Sonic Cristal Storm. Could anybody give me any tips,advice or information on any of these strains please?

Depend on how much you care for them mate!

Top them to make them bushy. When the trichs are 50/50 amber and cloudy is when i harvest.

I harvsted my last grow and i had a massive mite problem. When i dried i placed lots of sticky tape around the top of the stem. As it dried the mite left and got caught in the tape. I had no crackle in my smoke.

Have you watered it in?

I veg using cfl and it works really well but i swap to hid for flower as the cfl wasnt so good for that phase! I have also used autoflower and they worked out fine.
