Food grade is a big can of worms that you don't need to address if you're just growing decorative varieties.

That's a big reason I developed this approach. I've pulled over 2lb of finished meds from a plant in my vertical trellis setup and that was from lighting only one side. I'm very sure I could pull 10lbs from 3 plants, assuming good genetics and conditions.
