if you have a ppm meter you can continuously add nutes to keep the res at the same reading at all times. If you ladies are drinking a gallon every couple days (or everyday like mine) and the ppm is going down then you can keep pumping those nutes in there and really get those babies going...

Definitely lower the the water/nute level. You want more of a misting on the roots in the beginning until they start to hang below the pot and really take off. Good luck.

any chance you didn't rinse the hyrdoton pellets before use. I did this my first time and got some dicoloration in the roots on the beginning but no growth problems. after a res change or two, everything is looking great. good luck
