Cant figure it out have 2 others in exact same environment but cant figure out whats wrong with this one. The others are doing fine.

Hi I am a first time grower and wanted some opinions. I have these 3 plants and wondering how they are doing. They germinated 6 days ago and have been in the soil for 5 days. I have a 26w cfl with 6500k temp and 2100 lumens. You cant really tell it from the picture but the 2 bigger ones are...
