it starts off with my fan leafs turning brown around edges and then it takes over the entire fan leaf fairly quickly. this will happen to my flowering plants and veg plants. i have been doing fine for 3 years and all the sudden this has ben happening and i cant seem to correct the problem...

I have been growing the same plant for a few years now and just the last few months more than half my crop has been dying off. the plants seem to droop, like thier not getting enough water, then just die off. the plants that do this the soil seems much wetter, like the roots are not taking in...
