Day 7 into flowering. Am I right in assuming this is a male?

So day 7 into flowering and it looks as if these are pollen sacks. I am not that disappointed though because I have learned a lot from my mistakes and definitely will not be making the same ones twice.

My question is pretty self explanatory. I live in a suburban area so tossing them out in the backyard is a no no. I figured if there were any ingenious ways of getting rid of them someone here might know.
