I dont have my camera, just my phone so these pictures suck but on the top two or so nodes there look like there are two little hairs coming out of each of these parts so i think it is female. can anyone tell me if im right?

I have a plant which is about 5 weeks old. Recently the tips on the leaves have all started to turn down. it looks ok other than that and 2 tiny dead spots from nutrient burn. is this a problem? and if so what is wrong with it/ what should i do about it?

I have 3 120w cfls and a 75 watt floro from walmart on it. floro is on the wall behind the plant, one cfl on top and one on either side.
