its a buffer thats release is only affected by the ph of the nutrient solution. only the base has it. the secondaries dont at all. that would make no sense that similar npk values would just not work because its not AN secondaries.

i have multiple growers that have used ph perfect and it stays at 5.8 with sensi bloom..... are you sure you used the right bottle? not being a dick but everyone that complained it didnt work used old nutes that people told them were ph perfect nutes.
