most of my seedlings, in between nodes have that fuzz. It's not mold. It's not spider mites. I dont know what it is. Ive also bought bud with it on the stem. I wouldnt worry about it.

But if it starts to turn any other color than it origanlly (like yellow or brown) just trash it. Hope everything works out dude.

It will eventually grow out of it, and strengthen back up. My first grow started out the same way. Just keep the stem supported and wait.
