That is a cartoonish version of a plant that needs water- lol. They should come right out of it though and whatever you lost you could just get back letting flower longer.

Definately burned, when the discoloration is centering on the leaf veins, its a dead give away of nute burn.

Need to let it get a lil older before can say for sure but my wild guess is that you got the fan too close.

Try sheltering them a little better, just put em behind something so their not directly getting pummeled.

That rarely happens, they should come out of it. Just cuz they lookin ugly now really doesn't mean alot- weed is very resilient given time. Just let it roll.

I had similar blotching on an indoor grow from the fan being on too high and close. So I'll go out on a limb and say it was really windy recently in your area, and if it still is windy give your plant a little more shelter and see if it improves.

If I had to guess I'd say under watered- but its just as easy to over water at this stage. This is why people use humidity domes, the sprouts at this age basically have a single white hair as a root- and its hard to keep that top inch or two of soil wet for the plant without over watering...
