Oh forgot if u have problems with interference. Go to radio shack get a frequency filter put it line with the ballast, it should do the trick. Also make sure your electrical lines are insulated for corona build up!

Thanks for the replys. I did a test on some old bag seed. I scuffed them gently & dropped them in 1part H202 to 3 parts filted water for 12 hours/overnight. Then wrapped them in paper towel set it on a plate. 24 hours late had 1/4" tails on all 4 seeds. So with the subcool seeds I soaked them...
