Thanks for the heads up man. I'm pretty sure we're going to be switching the soil as this shit just causes problems including gnats and mites. We ended up with an issue on our hands.

The humidity is around 35-50% in there with temps ranging from 70-85F The dirt is very spongy but lots of perlite and other add ins. This one has been in 12/12 for 6 or 7 weeks and from what I recall it was only the upper most part of the plant that was doing it. The other plants are growing...
