I've ran 18/6 and 24/0 and I think 18/6 gives you taller plants, but 24/0 gives you fuller plants and a bigger yield.

You can do it, it might not hurt anything. but to many microbes can starve your root system, eating the nutrients that would usually be used for the roots. It probably won't happen, but there is that risk.

You don't have to, with that said, if you see a deficiency you can definitely add a little of whatever you're missing. I wouldn't use a set of base nutes for at least three weeks though. I wouldn't use the Honey until week one of flowering though, or you risk starving your roots.
