You didn't need to feed them yet. Probably over-watering them by the droopy leaves and yellowing.

Did you add any nutrients yet or gone straight water?

Did you check the air pump and air stone for that rez? It is possible that the pump stopped working or the air stone got plugged. I think that if that was the case the plant may not of gotten enough water and dried out. I don't know for sure, just an idea.

Is the water level touching the bottom of the net pots? It should be until the roots take off. Maybe try a root stimulator.

I am going to attempt this also to see what works best. I usually don't put a light on until the sprouts strip the seed shell. What is the advantage of leaving it on before they sprout? Your avatar is the shit.

I will try this method. Do you pinch the hole at the top of the rapid rooter after placing the seed in it? How long until the seedling pops above the soil for you? Thanks for the advice skinnyone. + rep
