there are almost 2000 patients in NM, now. the state has licensed 11 different non-profits to produce. with a 95 plant limit for the producers and a 6 ounce limit for the patient, we are pretty much under grown....so to speak. and if it was that easy to start growing for the state, everyone...

NM now has 11 total producers for the state, each with a 95 plant limit. Personal production licenses (the one for patients producing their own) have a 12 seedlings plus 4 full grown (producing) plants limit. I've had my mmj license for a year and a half-still haven't connected with any state...

depends on what you are looking for. yes, nm is ahead of az in mmj laws but who knows for how long. a lot could change regarding mj come this november in az. nm has lots of rural areas so if you are cool with that....otherwise- if you need a bigger city and a warm climate you'll be looking at...
