what kinda seeds are they? i'm just growin a couple plants for the hell of it so i used some mech seeds my friend gave me and my plants kinda look like that too, and i'm just using water and miracle grow and one of those lights for a reptile's cage haha.

should i try to sprout the green ones or the brown ones?

I just got about 20 or so seeds from my friend who didn't want them. is there any way to tell whether or not they are male or female? if not, is there like an expiration date on the seeds if i just leave them in my drawer or something?
