Plant is about 3weeks old next to a querkle that is the same age, but the querkle is way bigger. I have flushed the SLH already since I thought it was nute burn. Does anyone think differently?

Right now I am using earth juice grow, HN Flavorful, HN micro, and molasses. Is this good enough for vegging? I feel like my P and K are to low and wanted to know that if I add 1/4(5ml) of Ginormous would this hurt or help.
