Im using a 1/4 horse pump going to 3/4 pvc out the top and into the room to 1/2 in hose with 46 netafim sprayers and works perfect

What ec/ppm are u running as well?

Well i looked them up but most are in brass. Will brass mess with anything as in leaching anything off into my water or no?

That would work if i was running it to where that would work lol. My reservoir is raised and has a bulk head in the bottom of the drum so that it will drain all the way so there for it will always siphon out.

How will this fix my issue tho? Isn't an anti siphon valve to keep water from flowing back into the Reservoir? Or am i just retarded and not understanding what its saying when i look them up lol

And to go along with the question above, what are u doing to stop your sprayers from dribbling when your pump is off? I set up a 24 pot system and when the pump is off all my sprayers will dribble water so i have to turn the water shut off valve that i put in line off so it doesn't happen. So...

I feel your pain with the grow stones lol. Im in the middle of my last flood and drain and used them. My ph swing is horrible, never again.

Whats a good cheap timer to go with if only needing to turn pump on for a couple min once a day?

I am looking at doing my first coco dtw system and was going to use the royal gold tupur mix but they don't sell it in my area. Was trying to see if anyone can recommend something thats pretty equivalent to it.

I know this post was almost a year old but wanted to ask how u liked that grow in the tupur royal gold? I have been using growstones in a flood and drain bucket system but been looking to maybe switch to a coco mix and do dtw and wanted to see how good that grow did with the mix u use.

Well i don't really want to use coco because of the problems i have read with people having deficiency issues with it and with the whool alot have issues with root rot from keepi g it to wet and being i have never used either one it makes me nervous to try them lol

Not saying your right or wrong but im wondering how a type of rock is going to hold more water than say rockwhool.

With the amount of waist u tose out doing a fresh water change every week it shouldn't be much of a difference.

If done right dtw doesn't use any more water than a flood and drain setup as long as your not using something like growstones.

The problem with using growstones is u would use way more water than u would with say coco or whool. Im wanting something that holds water decently well but don't want to use whool and don't want to use coco for the simple fact that it seems like a pain

Trying dtw for the first time but don't want to use coco or rockwhool. So whats a good substrate to use in dtw other than those 2?

I don't have any heat issues what so ever as well
