What is the most suitable reflector for a 400 watt lamp in a 3x3 closet space? I was looking at the 6" Great White but i thought that 32 x 24 or watever it is seemed too big for only 400 watts what do you think?

Is it just a fan blowing hot air from a bulb out of the room or is there more to it? Can i just punch a hole in my closet wall to the outside and run a cooling tube that blows directly outside? Thanks
