Here is a problem with this unit. a dryer uses about 25 amps. most of the time the circuit for a dryer is 30-40 amps. That will leave you 5-15 amps for lights. thats 1-3 1000watt lights. I would use a MLC 4X instead.

Is the Grapefruit from Dinafem, if so That is a great strain FAST flower time with a healthy yield. Taste is also above average. I ran that strain for over a year and handed out many clones no one had any complaints. Keep the pics coming.
