What is the cause of curled and distorted looking leaves? Also leaves that have even numbers on them, ie: 8 and 4. A few of those are present. Notions?

what do you all say to this notion... 4 26w cfl's. 1 150w hps. hps above the cfl's all underneath a reflector in a 1.5sq ft box. with fans of course. i calculate around 23k lumens.
