My buddy went to Amsterdam and when he returned he brought me some seed packs. I was just on their site and they will not send seeds to the US..?? Is this real and what if any difference does it make in CA being that it is legal for medical needs? anybody know? Thanks

Anybody know what could be causing these small hole in some leaves? I cannot see any bugs or anything. I have a bottle of neem and another bottle of floramite.. Does this sound like a bug problem??
