I think that from the picks that u posted it looks like your overwatering, rockwool holds a lot of water u only need to flood 1 or twice sometimes my temps reach 80 with no problems, I would try to let the rockwool dry out a bit if I were u.. Peace

U will need air pumP, water pumP, air stones, hoses, timers, and a fill and drain kit.. And I don't think 10 gallons is enough u don't want the water pump to go dry or else its gonna mess up u want enough to fill the table and still keep the pump submerged.. Hope this helps..
