WTF is wrong with my plant!!!

Looks like nute burn to me. burnt tips is a classic sign of that. I would do as someone else already said, flush with properly PHed water. you probably exacerbated the problem by folier feeding.

    first attempt cloning. help plz

They will revert to veg as long as you increase the light they receive daily (18-24hr). The white hairs or "pistols" will not go away but the plant will begin to produce more vegetation and begin to grow again as opposed to promoting bud growth. They may or may not get shocked a little and it...

Help Please - How much baking soda per gallon of water should I use to raise ph level

I wouldn't advise using baking soda because of the sodium content. It will work for adjusting PH and you won't need a lot at all so be careful but I wouldn't use it, that is just my opinion though. If you're strapped for cash and want to cut corners anywhere you can financially you can always...

The Earliest You Can Smoke Your Girls...

To quick dry I use the toaster oven set at a low setting around 150 F with the oven fan on to circulate air within for 10 minutes or so. I wouldn't advise going over 150 degrees or you will end up actually cooking/burning instead of drying. You wont be able to judge the taste or scent at all...

where to get those pocket lightscope thingies?

Your hydro store is trying to rip you off a bit. I paid about 15$ including shipping. This is where I got mine. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00..._ya_oh_product I have been told Radioshack carries the same model for about same price as well, minus the shipping charge of course. Good luck.

    Coffee as a fertiliser?

Indeed, I add my used coffee grounds to my compost pile. Why waste when you can recycle.

    Human 'waste'

I don't think it is safe or good for your plants. The reason being our digestive tracts and our diets. Notice most fertilizers we use come from animals that have a veg diet or insect diet but very little "meat". Cows, bats, sea birds, etc. Human "manure" can contain a lot of nasty stuff harmful...

    7 weeks in flowering, questions...

IMO (though I'm no expert by any means) without a scope (which you can pick up for 10$ at radio shack or amazon.com) Look for the calyxes to swell and the pistols to recede into the calyxes (calyxes are where the pistols come out of, pistols are the hairs). Alternatively you could use the old...

    sterilizing the grow room!

Yeah I forgot to mention the diluted bleach definitely does not smell good and you should have proper ventilation if using this method. I had 2 fans going and a few windows open and left the fans going over night. The next morning the bleach smell was gone.

    Harvest early?

I'm by no means an expert but yellowing in flowering is usually caused by a lack of nitrogen in most bloom foods. As far as early harvest I don't think there is anything you can do to increase potency other than letting her flower properly. 3 weeks of flowering to me sounds way to early to cut...

    sterilizing the grow room!

I washed the walls, floor, and ceiling with water and bleach. This is a step that is extremely important if you are growing in a basement or anywhere else that may be contaminated with mold, fungus, dust, or anything else that could be considered a contaminate. The water with a bit of bleach in...

How to change an htg supply carbon scrubber?

I don't have the product but I have dealt with the HTG guys in the past( do almost all my shopping there). Give them a call or write an email to them. They are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Good Luck.

    Smells like hay. HELP!!!

A good cure can take a month or more. As others have pointed out, it may take several weeks to get that hay smell out and the good scent you're looking for to come in. Curing draws out the chlorophyll and allows the plant to break down sugars and such. The Chlorophyll is the culprit for the hay...

Mg Def, K def, P def, or pH problems?

Considering you are using a soil mix heavy in peat moss which retains a lot of water perhaps you should stop watering every day. I think over watering may be your problem as far as leaf cupping and curling. Is the soil dry and the pot light when you water? Check out Uncle Ben's post about...

Plant Moisture Stress - Symptoms and Solutions

UB, Thanks for the quick reply. I have been reading as many of your posts as I can and attempting to emulate your style of no nonsense growing, staying away from all the bs, and just using common sense and treating it like any other plant. Just wanted to say thank you for taking your time and...
