How about using a large air pump and a couple of large air stones? I usually mix nutrients up in five gallon batches and instead of capping off the jug and shaking it I've found it really seems to mix everything up good using just the air pump and a couple of air stones in the bottom.

I did this with some pvc pipe. It was cheap and doesn't take up any floor space.

I made this using about $3 worth of pvc pipe and fittings and a 3/4 in hose clamp. It's easily height adjustable and swings out of the way if you need to do anything inside the tent.
