i agree. yu can get the powder at lowes.. ive tried it in just plain water and the cutting started to mildew almost..

yes yu can run both sets of lights.. mylar i went to wally world camping section yull find it there.. i use a surge protector and i but the plugs for $1 at wal mart and the y sockets from lowes that way yu can fit twice as many lights n a small space check out the ghetto growers n the general...
