They should be flushed. there is a thread on staggered harvest. you can flush, chop whats done, feed the rest then flush it again. i believe it takes 3 weeks or so to finish popcorn or lower buds.

i've done it! more then once and never had any issues, an overhead 60w was on over night. just don't let it continue to happen.
