i would say yes iv have mine going for about two weeks now with less light than that and they are loving life.but soon they will be under an HPS once my other ladys finish flowering:)

i clone in rockeool i dunno bout you but i go untill theres a bunch of roots coming out of all sides and shes ready to go and i use a mixture of diffrent lights and its been working good for me
