If I were your I'd move the light close to the tops of the buds. Buy a $15 stand up centrifugal fan and point it towards the top of the plant. You can get to as close as 2 inches w/o burning the plant. Alot more light will get to the buds. And I'd say at least an ounce if not 2. Try moving that...
