81 degrees? I think thats a little too high temp. for the plant, you should try to get it down to 75 somehow i think that's an ideal temperature for them. just my two pennies.

isn't it easier if you would just grow your seeds you have, hope for at least 2 females and 1 male so you can use one female to grow constantly in vegetation state and clone while the other female and male can be used to harvest feminized seeds? i think this is more productive..
