No you don't need the conversion bulb. If it is a digital ballast it will run either bulb. I've got 2 400w lumatek's.

Started some Nirvana Full Moon and in 4 weeks the plants just stopped growing and the 2 plants had a couple of wierd leaves on them. Started them on 1/4 strenght nutes (Lucas formula) and they just started drooping real bad. Any Ideas? Thanks. Did make a couple of 5 gallon buckets with 6 inch...

Yeah my t-5's don't put off much heat at all. 4ft 4 bulb heat isn't a problem to manage and the electric isn't bad at all!

Just started this strain, about 2 weeks in from seed popping. This BJ seems like it's going to be a slow grower. My first with this one. Is this correct, it takes awhile for this one? Thanks for any replies to my question. Sorry don't mean to butt in or change the subject. I'm still pretty new...

:wall: Yeah when this grow is over I'm going to add tubing down the grow chambers for air stones. No way to do it right now.

:wall: I change it every 7 days. And yeah the roots are starting to look a bit tan. Used a bit of molasis for a few weeks and stopped that just because good stuff is fine after cure without any help, thought that might have made them look tan.

Want to ask a hydro guy. Growing Nirvana WW. Just done with week 7 of flowering and my nute solution is cloudy. Did a change and it's cloudy, till now was fine. Water Farms no air stones. Are the roots starting to rot I'm wondering. I'm a nubie. Thanks for any help!
