I have a 300 W double ended quartz FCL. It gives off ultrviolet radiation. Would this work for flowering 2 plants?

Im just over 2 days into my flowering stage and was wondering if topping the plant now would affect the plant at all. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a couple plants from bagseed (but already exceeded my expectations). They are around 12 inches. Been growing for just about 4 1/2 weeks now. If i choose to flower them (12/12) will they continue to put on height? As well as bud?

Im growing 3 plants and i had a quick question about the lighting cycle. Im three weeks in and have been keeping the lights on 24/24. Would changing the cycle to say 18/24 this far in affect anything? Or should i just wait for the flowering stage, when i switch to 12/12.
