hey guys. to make a long story short i usually do indoor in CA but just moved to FL and i don't have room right now to keep them inside. they have been vegging for 3 weeks under 200watt CFL. the point is in my area gets about 13.5 hours of sunlight. whats this going to do with my plants...

I top my plants when I transplant them because they will be in shock anyways. Some of my buddies says its good some say it bad. Any PROFESSIONAL opinions on this? I am not a newbie but I do enjoy reading advice from ultra pro growers.:weed:
