i would like to start making my own compost/soil but i am not sure what to use and what not to use as i have chucked a few scraps and skins(banana,orange,apples,potatoes) in some soil befor thinking it will decompose and the potatoe skins grew back to potatoes.

I have a 75x751100 budbox with a 400w hps with cold air drawn in from outside with an rvk100 fan and hot air drawn out also with a rvk100 set up(I haven't done a temperature run yet) and my mate said the 400w would be to much for how big the tent is and another has said its kool?any suggestions?

how would i control the temperature in a tent when lights are off as it gets really cold in my house:confused:

i still have some of my 09 outdoor harvest(branch's with leaves and buds) that has been left in a freezer.i was wondering because it was left in a freezer in a sealable bag will all the goodness be locked in?

for 2010 im going to be growing 2 strains.my first is gonna be super lemon haze because ive heard its easy to grow,grows good outside and one of my favourite tasting buds.but i cannot think of what to do for the 2nd.ive smoked some acapulco gold and would love to have some again but cat find any...

ive heard that when you take a cutting from your plant the ''next generation'' will be better/higher but then ive heard they get weaker so what should i be thinkin?

what would i need for a cheap small cupboard set-up.my mate said cfl's dont give off heat is this right?
