Today when i checked out my plants i noticed that 2 of the 6 are not pushing through the sponge, so i took the plants out and cut the sponge verticaly and put the root in the split sponge. I hope that wont stunt there growth too much, but has to be better than them not able to get water. Just...

Thanks lurkmaster. My babys are just starting to sprout their first leaves I can see how the ag works faster than normal soil growing. I will take some pics later when they pop out the top of the pods.

How do you flush out the res without moving the plants around? I will be puting the germinated seeds in tommorow and will need to do this in a week or so. Also do i need to put a tablet in when I first start them or just water?

Yeah I wish you could tell the sex by what the seed looks like. I would really benefit from that seeing I just got done diggin through my stash lookin for the lil hatchlings. I found 8 good seeds out of one oz.
