Late in flowering, can I leave plant in 2 days of darkness and return to regular light cycle since timer wont work and going to be gone for couple of days ? Thank You !

Timers don't seem to work for my ballast even though I have proper wattage - can I leave plant in darkness for couple days and restart light cycle when I get back during late flowering ? Would it be better to leave them on 24/7 ?

K so if my soil PH is too high I would have to lower my water PH ? Then just test my soil PH as I go and adjust it as needed ? Also if Lockout is occuring do I need to flush or can I just adjust my PH from now on and it should be fine ?

I germinated seeds for 24 hours in water, placed them into my medium (soil) but since I wasn't sure where the tap root was facing some of them have pushed through the soil. What should I do ? Sprinkle some soil on them ? My 1st time germinating in water, usually use paper towel method.
