Getting myself back into growing after a few years off. I was looking at this lamp for my 2x2 grow. With LED's do we start grow with 18/6 for veg and 12/12/ for flower just like when using HPS bulbs (yes its been a while) Rippey

I have a small tent 2x3x5 and I'm using the blackstar UFO's. started with one as I have just hit the dirt with three afghan kush. I will add another UFO for the three plants. LST, top then FIM them and you should be good. UFO can safely handle 1-2 plants. Good luck Rippey

Hey I am looking to do a very similar set up this weekend. I went to HomeDepot and saw a few 2700K and 5000K Phillips bulbs. Can you give me the actual model of the one you used? Did you use the 5000K and 2700K in flowering or did you switch out? Sweet set up Rippey

The one I saw was 19.5 watts equivalent to 120 watts incandescent and 1300 lumens, 5000k temp so that's a veg light. That was about $35. The flower light was alittle less, something like 75 watt equivalent and 1100 lumens at 2700k temp, a flowering light. rippey

I'm going to build my small room with Phillips lights. I'm thinking about getting four of them (I'm only growing 2-3 max in a 2x3x5 room). I'd likely do a 2700, 3000 and 2 5000 temp bulbs each at 90 watts. Saw them at Home Depot for about $30 each. i will post pics when I have my set up. rippey
