Not necessarily a plant problem but I’m just curious what this white stuff is on the bottom of the smart pot. Plant doesn’t seem to have any issues but I’m a little worried it could affect it. I’m using soil I mixed and giving just filtered water.

There seems to be a web in my work farm. I put recently paper towels and banana peels along with avocado peels and there seems to be a web connecting them. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Has anyone tried to put shrimp shells in soil? Would it work like crab meal or should I add to worms first? Any ideas from anyone that has tried? Thanks
