afternoon all. was wondering if anyone had experience with the pests called thrips...they attacked my indoor crop over a 3 day period, not killing all, but leaving noticeable damage on 40% of leaves and tips of leaves. Plants are into 4th week of flowering, and buds did not get damaged at all...

need some opinions on what this may be....my initial feelings are potassium deficiency, just starting uniformally on all plants. If I'm right, what's the cure? potash? and what is a good source to get potash? thanks in advance folks.....
