I have a plant that has just started budding and only the top flower has things that sorta look like seed pods but then again it could still be bud sprouts. Only the top of the plant are showing these seed type things the other parts are growing what looks like strictly bud....Any help?

For instance types of lights are CFLs and HPS and stuff, i was wondering what kind of light the reptile DayGlow lights are.... My friend thought he could grow pot with his reptile light instead of replacing his CFL that burnt and his 1 ft plant died within days of switching from his burnt out...

So somebody cut my plants. They were budding and about 3 to 4 feet tall. The thieves cut from about the 1 foot part so i have a foot of my plants left. Each of them have like one leaf left..... Is my plant done for or will it grow back into the plant it once was? Thanks in advance
