hey guys, I was wondering If its ok to use peat plugs in an ebb and flow setup? or would i be better off using rockwool. I seem to be getting good results germinating in peat. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance

I have some seedlings in peat plugs and rockwool cubes. They have just sprouted and are reaching up for light. How long should I keep the humidity dome on them? they already have roots coming out the bottom of both substrates any ideas?

I am thinking of cleaning some seeds in 3% h202, like a quick dunk in a cup of that...followed by a water rinse and on to germination. has anyone done this before? will it harm the seed?
