As some of you may know I have a sativa in the 9th week of flowering but i haven't seen any changes at all for the past 2 weeks.

Nothing, not getting fatter buds or anything, just like it stopped...

save yourself the trouble and pick up a couple...

save yourself the trouble and pick up a couple more of those cfl's and just grow it indoors, you'll be pleased with the end results.
Not only is outside risky, but it's not a controlled enviroment.
