i am using soil but it has no nutes/chemicals in it so it says on the back just boan meal and perlite sand organics etc. but i'm sure either way there are nutes in the soil

There are brown spots on the seedlings (on the younger sprout leaves) and big patches...they are about 2 1/2 weeks old and the second set of normal looking leaves are coming in..whats the cause is it...
