if they are from the same seed company, the one that costs more is better. if they are not from the same company, i would go with whichever company first developed their strain.

you cant get 2 or more harvests by the time outdoors can get 1.. and you dont have to worry about bugs, or weather fucking your buds up.

40 watts per plant is usually a decent rule of thumb.

depends on what you are trying to breed it with. usually takes around 4 gens to get stable plants. even more if you cross it with 3 or more different strains.

wait it out, i have had weak seedlings turn into strong healthy mothers. i've had plants that did well for the first 2 weeks of veg, then turned out to be weak females.

there are a lot of things you can do to increase yield. i suggest using 5 gals but you dont have to. dutch master ferts are for sure ok.. but i like jacks classics... i usually get about 2.5oz to 4.5...
