seems like your watering them too infrequently, your best bet is to water them everytime you see the soil dryed up which is usually every 2 days.

since its only one plant im using currently a 18inch 15 watt fluorescent light bulb that gives 925 lumens. What do you recomend when it comes to fluorescent lighting that i should use for this plant?
