It would be AWSOME if I could have 4 foot plants. Unfortunatly I have to have a 2 foot tall resiviour, and a 2 foot tall root chamber so the roots can hang. Plus the light needs to be 12-18 inches...

Obviously you dont know shit about indoor growing. Indoors, you tell the plant when to flower. There are not preflowers unless you have 15 foot ceilings and a huge room. I gow mine to 12"-15 inchs...
