sharing a veg room?

Myself and a buddy are thinking about putting our 12 veg plants into one room and adding co2 burner. My concern is nothing really states if rooms have to be seperate.

Our cards could be on the wall like supposed to but does anyone see an issue have 12 veg for me and 12 veg for him being inside one room?

I know this guy in pawtucket who had a nightime robber lol. Came four days in a row for couple plants each time. Anyways he called cops and they came inside and he has 4 cards for seperate people in his building and they didnt care. Curious as if anyone has experience.

in my state anything an officer deems "excessive" can be subject to seizure. from what I understand of local laws.
but that low of a count shouldnt raise any issues just vegging, but im not a lawyer either so take that advice knowing i just ripped a fat bong full of some errl so...

You may be fine, then again maybe not. Some cops may follow the numbers the law states and wont care how many cards are there or who's plants you say they are. Some may agree with you. It's up to interpretation and that could cause trouble for you. Sure you will probably win in court but it would still be a nightmare if they seized everything including your equipment. expensive too.

There are a few cases of people over their numbers with multiple cards at the same location claiming they are a co op. I would find out the disposition of those cases and make a decision based on that.

Personally I wouldn't do it. Just not worth the headaches and worry to me. If you do research it and find anything out let us know....

We share rooms (wife and me)

OVER label. Her plants and my plants are clearly defined but here we are in the grey area of the RI MMP legislature

Yup. When will they refine the laws? DOH said new packet would be available later in few months time with new information on dispensary conduct with cardholders ect. Think they will add specifics like that since im sure its a big thing or is that something that would have to be voted on and all the good stuff?

Not sure but I've heard that a lot of things were not addressed.......things like how much can we travel with now that we can sell to centers? If I want to sell them a lb, do I have to do 7 different tests at know your grow and make 7 trips to the center to deliver?

wasnt addressed but I think the center has some ideas on how to work with this that they will be discussing with us very soon.

As it stands now, i think it's safe to say that we can expect to see announcements sometime this week. I will be posting progress here the minute I get the info myself.
