Validating a New Technology EARTH & GROW

Hey Folks,

I figured I would share some information regarding a new technology that could benefit many growers. I know at first when I herd about Earth & Grow and all their promises that their product would improve my plants health, growth and many others, I was skeptical. So I personally had to validate this technology through Lab testing. Below is my first pass validating that Earth & Grow has a positive affect on the potency of my plants Oct 2012 entry.)

As a caregiver who is serious about providing safe and effective medicine to my patients, I am always trying to find ways to improve my growing techniques. A year ago, I found out about Know Your Grow Labs. They not only offers potency testing which would allow me to scientifically measure the potency in my medicine but they also offer programs for people like me who want to do a lot of testing to compare and contrast results. If I want to determine the impact of some variable I add or change during the growing process, Know Your Grow offers low cost per test for members, allowing me to test everything without breaking my budget. Furthermore, they offer tools to look for trends in my own results or even how my results compare to their historical data – the thousands of tests they have in their database.

My goal in testing was to qualify-in or, in some cases, qualify-out various products available on the market claiming to increase yield,

In my battery of tests I focused on three specific strains grown perpetually. I wanted to compare the strains potency levels Pre and Post Earth & Grow at different lengths of being “grounded”. The goal was to verify that “grounding” my plants with the Earth & Grow technology would improve their potency. During the experiment I maintained the same feeding schedule, Harvest time and growing conditions. The three Strains used in this battery of tests are NYC Diesel, OG Kush and Headband.
I began by testing the three strains with out Earth & Grow (OG Kush, Headband, NYC Diesel). Then I “grounded” my next perpetual grow of The OG Kush and Headband Strains for the last 3.5 weeks of flower. The OG Kush strain increased 1.6653 in THC and .5924 in CBD (See Image A for Details). The Headband strain increased 2.0644 in THC and .6421 in CBD (See Image B for Details).

The next group of plants tested were grounded for the last 8.5 weeks of flower. This perpetual round of plants to be tested included the strains OG Kush and NYC Diesel. The NYC Diesel strain was grounded for the first time and will be compared to the test results when it was not grounded. The OG Kush strain increased .9002 in THC and .1372 in CBD as compared to being “grounded” for 3.5 weeks (See Image A for details). The NYC Diesel strain increased 2.9131 in THC and increased 1.4882% in CBD as compared to when tested non “grounded” (See Image C for details).

The results from this battery of tests confirmed for me that Earth & Grow’s technology does have a positive effect on the potency of Cannabis. A huge Thanks to Know Your Grow Labs and I look forward to Testing with them in the future.

Im not a spammer. just new to the forum board. Trust me it works. Not only did I see potency increases but I also seen huge overall improvements in plant health as well as yield and internodel growth. Its really worth a try. Especially for a one time purchase!

I've been privvy to seeing 2 of the grows that they were first tested in and although the growers were SURE of "better" results "so far".......I just didn't see it. I've known both rooms well for a few yrs now and have seen better and worse crops come from both so the jury is still out for me,....there are just too many variables with growing to really get a good control to evaluate a product like this. I wish Doyle and his partners the very best but for now, I'm gonna keep the cash in my pocket

I know of 2 grows using these and honestly, I've seen better and worse crops come from both rooms so the jury is still out for me,....there are just too many variables with growing to really get a good control to evaluate a product like this. I wish Doyle and his partners the very best but for now, I'm gonna keep the cash in my pocket

I cant honestly vouch for anyone elses growing methods. But I do know that if you do choose to use Earth and grow that you cant just plug your plants in and expect for the best results. Yes by doing so you prob will create less stress, but if you do not still feed normally and all the rest of the things you can expect the world. I can personally say from my own experience that I have seen much better Green, healty plants. I have also noticed faster growth post rooted clone once grounded. Using this product i was able to shave about 7-10 days of my normal 6-8 week veg. Also i had much more internodel growth and its seemed that the branches were growing more outward and with more top (apex like) branches occuring without lots of training of topping. In addition to that harvest has gone up probably only 5-10% but overall smell and taste seems to prevelants as well. Lastly all of the strains I have used pre and post E&G have all been tested and I have seen upwards of 6-8% increase in THC. TO also add to that during this duration these strains have really been dialed down. I will say though with them being dialed down for feeding and conditions, I still contribute a lot of the genetic improvements to this product. I will post pics real soon of some plants grounded showing all the things I just talked about.

I will say though I and others I know using this product have had the best results using non chelated ORGANIC nutrients while concentrating on TLO and microbiogy. Theories say that the electrical grounded current could also stimulate microbioligical life making them grow and work faster as long as thier fed.

I have no gain nothing besides from sharing this besides letting others curious about this product that it worked well for me. I am a 2nd generation grower and have been doing this for a long time.
