Holding back caregiver cards if u owe R.I. taxes

Basicly that's it , I know this is true. My bud signed up his friend and the dude owed 1,800. Figured I'd let people be aware of this. They will send u a letter around day 50 with all the info , it took the dude 5 days or so to get card after info was.recieved, he paid it in full.

They do that with other types of medical licenses as well. ie; nursing licenses, professional licenses, etc. I'll keep my very longwinded rant to myself though.
