The key is compost…namely worm castings…whether given in solid or tea form. Fertilizers provide NPK inputs, minerals provide macronutrients, but compost breaks everything down through decomposition available to root systems. Adding a handful of two of fresh ewc along with let’s say a top dressing of fertilizer will prolong the viability of your soil.

A compost tea regimen can help prolong your mix. Along with a bi-weekly tea try adding a fertilizer input or two along with more ewc to make a simple top dressing:
2 cups ewc
1 tblspn kelp meal
1 tblspn of fish bone meal.
Pre-made organic spikes like Jobes or DIY spikes are another alternative; just push them in. A clean water source will also help prolong viability of any mix.

Saw your thread. Shouldn’t have to worry about much other than water until they get a few nodes. Good luck happy growing

Richard how would you go about feeding in flower. I want to incorporate at least 2 fungal dominant teas and also Feeding teas mainly of ewc and compost 1 a week. Would you recommend fish bone meal in early flower to add nitrogen with the stretch? What about going into mid flower what would you recommend for a strong source of phosphorus?
